Fawlty Towers on Stage: A Comedy Classic Reimagined! 🎭
These have just been released and are for NEXT Christmas - I know its a year away, but these will sell out, and you’ll thank us then!
The “Greatest British Sitcom of All Time” (thanks, Radio Times) is back—this time in glorious, laugh-out-loud stage play form!
Fawlty Towers is heading to G Live Main Auditorium from Tuesday 9th December to Saturday 20th December 2025, and you won’t want to miss it.
Adapted by none other than John Cleese himself, this brand-new production sold out its West End run faster than you can say, “Don’t mention the war!” With a cast of 18 and all your favourite chaotic characters—Basil, Sybil, the Major, and more—it’s guaranteed to serve up laughs, calamities, and maybe even a dodgy Waldorf salad.
🎟 Tickets: £32.00 - £70.00 (+ a small transaction fee).
Group rates are available for your rowdy mates who quote the best Basil impressions.
📍 Where: G Live Main Auditorium.
📅 When: 9th – 20th December 2025.
✨ Insider Tip: Snap up your seats now—this will be the year's comedy event. Online bookings only, or call 0343 310 0055 for access requirements.
It’s time to relive the madness, the mayhem, and the mismanagement of Fawlty Towers in all its live-action glory.
Perfect for a festive treat or an early Christmas gift. Basil would approve—kind of.
👉 Book your tickets here before they vanish faster than Manuel’s English lessons!

The Digest 🗞️😀
Professional dog walkers, take note! Starting 1 April 2025, Banstead Commons will require a £365 annual licence to operate on its beautiful greenspaces, including Banstead Heath and Park Downs: The scheme aims to regulate the growing number of dog walking businesses and ensure the safety of wildlife, visitors, and pooches alike. Walkers without a licence could face prosecution, so you better get your paperwork sorted—or risk fetching fines instead of dogs! 🐾🌳
The Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust has become the first in the UK to roll out Medis-QFR technology, a groundbreaking, non-surgical method to assess blood flow to the heart: This innovation spares coronary artery disease patients from invasive procedures while providing accurate diagnoses. With this milestone, the Royal Surrey continues to lead the charge in cutting-edge cardiology care. 💓🩺
Reigate and Banstead Borough Council spends over £600,000 a year maintaining empty shops and offices—ouch: But councillors have a brilliant idea to turn this around: short-term ‘Meanwhile Leases’ for charities, pop-ups, and community groups. These leases could see vacant spaces in Redhill’s The Light shopping centre buzzing with Christmas cheer, charity appeals, and even a temporary venue for the Harlequin Theatre. It’s a win-win—fewer empty properties and more community spirit! Let’s hope this “common sense” motion takes off in time for the holidays. 🏬🎁

Weather
Monday
8° 🌡️ 6° | ☁️ | Well, it wasn’t the nicest weather this weekend! Those winds are finally calming down, there will still be a moderate breeze today, and a small chance of rain.
Tuesday
7° 🌡️ 5° | ☁️ | The winds calm even more, to a gentle breeze. We should stay dry on Tuesday, but it’ll be a cloudy, gloomy day.
Wednesday
7° 🌡️ 4° | ☁️ | More of the same on Wednesday, clouds for most of the day.
Thursday
7° 🌡️ 2° | ☁️ | Cloudy all day on Thursday, but at least we’re staying dry! The winds from the weekend have finally moved on.
